The National Immigration Forum cannot provide legal assistance on individual immigration matters.  We do not have staff with legal training to assist you with your case before the Department of Homeland Security, the State Department, or the courts, so please do not send e-mails with your legal assistance questions.  If you need assistance with immigration-related legal matters, we suggest you contact the American Immigration Lawyers' Association which offers an Immigration Lawyer Referral Service, or you may find assistance on ImmigrationLawHelp.org, a searchable online directory of low-cost nonprofit immigration legal services providers.
